Banks wins long battle for residential zoning

Lincoln area residents won a council vote to move toward changing the master plan to residential zoning. The plan calls for a public hearing on May 27 as Planning Director Jim White outlined boundaries from 150 feet west of Grant to 150 feet south of Railroad and along the drainage ditch to the Santa Fe tracks.

Derby winner Dancer's Image to be disqualified from Derby
