Third Annual Flower Show Delights Corona Community
The Corona Flower Show organized by the Garden Section of the Woman's Club drew hundreds to the club house from noon to nine. Awards honored amateurs, perennials, bulbs, shrubs, and roses with multiple winners including Mrs. C. E. Shank, Miss Lida Lambeth, Helen Whitmore, and Mrs. A. C. Wood. Special mentions noted Hybrid Cineramas and Amaryllis from Howard and Smith of Los Angeles.

Covina Chamber of Commerce accepts its share of 3200 underwritten by Baldwin Park Chamber for right of way on the proposed boulevard from the San Gabriel river to the San Jose hills.
