Riverside County Legion and Auxiliary Hold Quarterly Meeting
Nearly 200 members attended the Riverside County Council of the American Legion and the County Legion Auxiliary quarterly meeting in Corona. Leland Yost and Victor Harris were named Commander and Adjutant. Mrs. F C Noble and Mrs. G L Taggart became Auxiliary Commander and Secretary. Plans for a clubhouse at Idyllwild were set, with a building committee led by William Louis Carlson to visit Idyllwild in April. Allen Bixby urged a 20 million dollar veterans bond issue in 1926 to aid California veterans under the Welfare act.
