Harry Taylor, member of Corona High School's class of 28, visited Redlands yesterday and was admitted to the University of Redlands. He plans to continue journalism there, following his success as editor of Corona’s school publication this past year.

City records show builders filing for permits with two days left in June and total applications surpassing 520000. A. M. Hinkley reports permits amounting to 20730 dollars last night, largely for residential properties, with June’s total already about six hundred dollars higher than last month.
C J Leopard of Uplands appeared before Justice Stahl on a city ordinance complaint filed by traffic officer Gene Henderson. Leopard pleaded guilty and was fined 15 dollars. The two Corona men pled not guilty. Hearings set for July 10.
