Brothers who stole highway patrol car face life terms
Two brothers Raymond Earl Lockwood aged 24 and Bil Gene Lockwood aged 22 were charged with two counts of armed robbery for holding up six law enforcement officers and stealing a highway patrol car on Highway 10.
