Services Under the Stars Concert Returns in Corona
The Corona Community Drive-In Church hosts a Sunday evening 6 p.m. outdoor concert at Avenida Del Vista and Via Dél Rio featuring the Inland Empire Chorabers. The 25 member group performs U.S. and European tour pieces plus Negro spirituals under Fred Harris, with voluntary offerings accepted.

Grace Lutheran Church to end radio ministry Tell It Like It Is
Grace Lutheran Church Lincoln and Citron concludes its radio ministry Sunday on KREL after 13 months. Pastor Cliff Voge has spoken the 15 minute to 30 minute program, produced live from the sanctuary, with sermons like Get Up on Cloud Nine and Is Doubt Your Hang Up. The show, sponsored by church members, became Corona’s longest sustained religious broadcast, reaching rest homes hospitals and shut ins.

Sheen Marks 20 Years as Prelate in New York
Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, famous for his Life Is Worth Living, celebrated 20 years since his elevation to bishop.
