Post Office Increases Fees For Special Services
Postmaster Frank Emerson announced new higher charges for special delivery and certified letters effective next Monday July 1. Special delivery letters rise from 20 to 30 cents and certified letters from 15 to 20 cents. Corona police identified the man found dying as Paul Flores about 50 from the 100 block on Victoria Avenue. He had been treated at Riverside General Hospital where he died at 1 a.m. Sunday after a possible neck blow and a later discovery unconscious three miles from his home. Coroner inquiry pending.
