Graduation gift wreck leaves teen driver injured in Corona
Charles D. Taylor, 18, of Norco, was hospitalized after a 7:20 a.m. collision on Hamner Avenue. He had just received a graduation car from his father at Corona High School ceremonies Thursday and was en route to work. Rodney Henderson, 28, of Sky Ranch, Corona, drove a pickup northbound and turned left into Fourth Street near the Naval Ordnance Laboratory. Visitors were not allowed at Corona Hospital to aid recovery.
