Doctor’s Rotary pin recovered after cross city taxi dash
Dr. Glenn H. Joseph of 903 East Grand Blvd. lost his Rotary Club diamond pin in a taxi from the Essex House to LaGuardia. San Quentin escapee recaptured after Oceanside clash
