Corona Woman Jury Called for Local Trial
The first Corona jury trial in over a year began in the City Record eyx's Court with Marcial Martinez found guilty of violating the Nguor ordinance. City Attorney G R Freeman led the case for Corona, Atty A Trujillo of San Bernardino defended. Seven women were summoned including Mrs L J Otto, Mrs L L Andrews, Mrs R R Root, Mrs F H Roberts, Mrs F F Thompson, Helen Coffin and Lillian J Lewis. Mrs Andrews and Mrs Thompson were chosen for duty.
