Burglary Reports Spread Across Several Homes

Additional burglaries are being reported alongside the Fitch home on East Kendall Street and the Key home on West Olive Street. At Ralph Feuerborn of 112 Burr Street an entrance was attempted Monday night with milk and food stolen on the back porch. Intruders were frightened away from Ernest Marzinke on Southwest Boulevard and the Boylan residence on Rough Main Street amid ongoing burglaries in the area.

Ford sets daily production record at 6658 cars and trucks

Ford Motor Company reports a new daily output record of 6658 vehicles for domestic use on May 21, surpassing the prior 6615 mark. Through the year Ford expanded production to meet high orders as the Lincoln division also notes strong weekly totals in the Ford News release.
