Social Graduation Gatherings Highlight Local Events

Miss Elsie McGuffie hosted a graduation breakfast at Fuller Ranch with Lois Burch Mary Catherine Moffett Dorothy Rawson and Lois Terpening in attendance. The Tucker family held a private graduation party for Gloria on West Eleventh Street with relatives from Oceanside San Bernardino and Los Angeles. Hazel Millbank celebrated high school graduation with family guests from Los Angeles and Los Nietos. Robert Lynch hosted a Wiener bake on Fullerton Avenue with guests including Robert Stumpf and several youths.

Hatton and Sadler Wed After Corona Departure

A newly married couple, Joe Hatton and Miss Jeanette Sadler, quietly tied their knot in Yuma after leaving Corona Tuesday night. The couple were joined by friends at the Hendrickson home in the evening.

Dedication of New Recreational Hall Sunday

Frances Larrabee Weds Santa Ana Man

Frances Larrabee of Santa Ana marries George Tomson Butler of Santa Ana in Las Vegas Nevada at the Methodist Episcopal church. The bride, daughter of Arthur H. Larrabee, taught in Lincoln school and is an Occidental College graduate. The groom is son of Olive Butler. Both attended Santa Ana High and College. The bride wore a navy blue ensemble with gardenias and a lace handkerchief used by three generations.
