Tragedy in Norco sewer rescue turns fatal
An 18 year old Norco man Rodney Waltzingham died after being pulled from a manhole at Harrington and Cota streets during a 10 hour rescue. Fire Capt Tom Armstrong 33 remains in critical condition and two firefighters treated for gas inhalation.
