Lions Lunch Atop Santiago Peak During Trip

Corona Lions club members led by A. M. Longacre federal forest ranger toured the Cleveland National Forest in Riverside county riding to a lookout atop Santiago Peak behind Glen Ivy. They left at 10 a m with box lunches and planned to visit many forest sites returning late afternoon. A round table session at Kinney hotel was held for non participants.

Coronans Tour MWD Projects Tour

Thirty keenly interested Coronans under I W Kuster joined a night tour of the Cajalco and Lakeview construction sites of the Metropolitan Water District Tuesday. They were escorted by Douglas Moore vice president and superintendent of the Griffith Construction Co.
