A doctor says fetishes can be harmless if mutual and urges professional guidance. The second letter asks about taking two young sons on a wedding trip. Abby advises the wife deserves rest and that the husband should consider her needs over relatives.
Riverside officials plan across the board budget cuts for 11 departments with only the sheriff and fire divisions exempt from the broad reductions. Travel and office supplies will drop 10 percent and communications 5 percent as the County Board of Supervisors seeks to trim the proposed 121.5 million dollar budget. Public hearings begin Thursday in the courthouse board room.
A telephoned bomb threat in Marysville forced evacuation of the Yuba County office building as Juan V. Corona, the multi murder suspect, is jailed nearby and searches of the Sutter County building in adjoining Yuba City continued. No bombs were found immediately.
