A state Tuberculosis Survey automobile visited Corona on Thursday. Of 200 Cardona cases, 95 were X-rayed by Dr. L Wehrly with help from local and Riverside health departments. five require hospitalization immediately. Dr Wehrly notes early care saves money. Warner Bros rejects the Fox West Coast policy of showing two high grade attractions on a single double bill. Warner says the practice harms the public and producers and will offer Warner pictures to independent exhibitors.
A baby boy born at midnight to Mrs Anne Clark Roosevelt daughter in law of the President and Mrs Roosevelt died shortly after birth. Mrs Franklin D Roosevelt and the surviving parent were reported in good condition today.

Corona Ministerial union met at First Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Hogan presiding. Vespers to begin July 2 at 5 p.m. and run through the first Sunday in September in Congregational Methodist and Church of Christ churches. Mid week prayers at 7 30 p.m. across different churches until September first Wednesday. Next union meeting July 6.
