Verdict of coroner’s jury on Harry Thompson death
The coroner's inquest found that Harry Thompson, 75, died from a self inflicted gunshot. The verdict noted two misfired rounds and suggested the weapon was placed to shoot into the mouth. Fanny Thompson, his widow, is said to be in serious condition from the shock. A son in New York survives.
