Real estate man George H. Brown killed crossing Main Street
George Hector Brown 81 a longtime Corona resident and real estate man was fatally struck by a car driven by Lois Louk Bell 26 while crossing Main Street near Fifth. Bell cooperated with police and a coroner's inquest is set for Tuesday at 11 a.m. Services for Brown will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the First Congregational Church with burial at Sunnyside Memorial Park Long Beach. Brown was born March 25 1871 in Oelwein Iowa and lived in Corona since 1937 after earlier farming and real estate work. He is survived by three grandchildren and a nephew.
