Corona hardware dealer elected president of four state group
Gerald Fare of 536 Greengates becomes president of the Pacific Southwest Hardware Association serving Arizona Southern California Nevada and Hawaii. The four state body, affiliated with the National Hardware Association, comprises about 800 dealers and was formed in Phoenix during the recent convention. Fare began in hardware in Corona in 1938 and built multiple stores including Corona Hardware and Fare’s industrial tools. He expanded hours and products and runs a family staffed operation with eight full time employees.
