William Herbert Smith 36 employed by Mander Cork Corp fatally injured on the roof of Exchange Lemon Products building. He slipped on wet roofing, fell 50 feet near 7:30 a.m. and died at Corona Hospital before 1 p.m. He was born in Corona Feb 15 1911 and is survived by his mother and sister. Funeral arrangements not yet announced.
