Daniel Padilla a 19 year old from 1151 Sapphire Lane was seriously injured in a two car crash on Highway 91 near Prado Road at 345 p m. He reportedly was eastbound at high speed and lost control crossing the center divider into a vehicle driven by 50 year old Robert Walker of Santa Ana. Padilla was cited for unsafe speed under the conditions due to ineffective brakes.
