Car Crash Injures Long Beach Woman At Eighth Street

Mrs Jarlés Orrill of 65 Lime Avenue Long Beach was rushed to Corona Hospital after a collision at Eighth and Main streets. Her car driven by her husband collided with Lambeth of West Olive street Cotona. She suffered deep facial lacerations from shattered glass and a severe shock but no internal injuries.

Funeral Services for Ransom Bird Shelden

Funeral services in charge of the Riverside lodge of B P O Elks were held for Ransom Bird Shelden age 78 in Riverside. He was the father of Ransom Paul Shelden of Corona and left a widow at 410 West Fourteenth Street Riverside and a daughter Mrs F La Thompson of Fort Benjamin Harrison Indianapolis Indiana.

Hunters witness trio steal crash scar car in Carbon canyon

In WOHENO two men and one woman attacked a large machine in Carbon canyon southwest of here. They shoved the heavy device over a steep embankment, wrecking it. Hunters watched but the trio fled in another machine before officers reached the scene. Investigations continue.
