Fog delays CRC buses as two inmates escape
Heavy fog at Corona Norco delays buses by hours and coincides with an escape from the California Rehabilitation Center. Two inmates Peter Roberts and Lucio Sena Jr. escaped around 6 7 a.m., were found near the facility by noon, and returned to custody to await felony escape charges. The fog also halted LA airport operations and slowed highways with no reported accidents.
