Corona reports the Temescal Rock Company has been purchased by Blue Diamond Plaster of Los Angeles for over 1 million dollars. The plant will receive new machinery to boost output beyond current 1500 tons daily. about thirty five workers stay on. W. N. Hay says rock’s toughness and light weight make it ideal for contractors. A. S. St. John facilitated negotiations, with no staff changes anticipated.
