Lawson Wedding Anniversary Celebrated in California
Thirty five years after their Des Moines Iowa wedding Mr and Mrs T J Lawson celebrated the anniversary in Corona and Riverside. A dinner hosted by Mrs Imogene Mahan at her Riverside home honored the couple and their daughters with Old English Willow Ware dishes to be presented to the Lawsons. Guests included daughters Doris Neuschwanger Tommy and Bertha Bottorff of La Junta Colorado and Mrs Margaret Moberly mother of Mrs Lawson. Mr Lawson a rural carrier, and the couple have long resided at 1010 West Sixth Street Corona.

Retailers Can Get Tax Blank Forms Here
A limited supply of sales tax application forms has been received by the Chamber of Commerce and will be given out to local retailers who call for them. With the applications are lists of instructions to be followed in collecting and returning the tax to the state. Another shipment of the forms is expected shortly, Secretary Sutter said today.
