New 15 Cent Special Delivery and 25 Cent Handling Stamps Announced
Roscoe Johnson says the post office will issue a 15 cent special delivery stamp for parcels under higher special delivery fees and a 25 cent special handling stamp for fourth class mail. The 15 cent stamp matches the 10 cent design with orange color and both corners showing 15. The 25 cent stamp features a green design with a central 25 and the words special handling arched above. Until arrival in Corona, mailers must use regular stamps and mark parcels accordingly.
