A lone bandit robbed Citizens' Bank of Sultan of about 8000 dollars as employees prepared to close. Carranza Troops Move Northward Through Mexico

A Mexican informant reports over 5,000 Carranza troops have passed Villaldama, 110 miles south of Laredo, moving northward in detachments. Traffic across the Laredo Nuevo Laredo bridge has diminished with Americans avoiding overnight stays in Nueva Laredo and only the bold crossing during daylight.
