Mexico City December 11 The senate approved a bill to restore bullfighting after it had passed the chamber of deputies the measure now goes to the president for signature for final enactment.
The German-Dutch frontier has been closed to civilians, as reported from The Hague on December 11 by Associated Press. The action limits civilian movement across the border amid ongoing tensions.
