The steamer Marposa was held up briefly after leaving, but Cordova reports her under steam and progressing. The freighter Cordova arrived with lumber cargo of 350000 feet for Copper River & Northwestern railway. Deputy Marshal Jos Milsap came from McCarthy bringing Mollie Parks for transfer to Morningside sanitarium on the next southbound steamer.
