Cadron township tallies show Bryan 316 to McKinley 204. Dinsmore captures 333 in congress race against 204. About 27 votes rejected due to irregularities as imperialist sentiment and public spending headlines flare after election.
The Central College music faculty presented a varied program in the large auditorium Monday evening. Mrs Ida Walker Ball led with masterful interpretations of Beethoven Wagner Liszt Schumann Bach and Gounod and performed her own composition upon request. Violin mandolin and banjo selections by Vida Brookfield Brown impressed the audience along with pieces by Miss Lancaster and Miss Mcclure. Readings by Floy Kimbrough Stevenson added humor and pathos, making the event a successful advertisement for Central College.
Guardian H F Currton will on December 4 1900 at the east door of Conway Arkansas courthouse sell the undivided interest of Sallie T Clifton a minor in several Faulkner county lands and city lots to raise funds for the ward's education and maintenance under Faulkner county Arkansas law.
In Faulkner County Arkansas a Chancery Court decree dated September 25 1900 in case No 746 directs Commissioner J M C Vaught to sell the west half of the northeast quarter section 19 township 5 north range 12 west containing 80 acres held by Simul K Feemister heirs. Sale set for November 4 with three month credit and bond security, costs and special terms noted. The sale at the east door of the Court House aims to partition the property among R L Feemster and co defendants W W Morris A A Morris.
In Denver polls closed at 7 pm with partial returns showing Bryan ahead by 6,000 to 10,000 in the city. Nationally Republicans gain several New York congressmen and McKinley may reach about 290 electoral votes as state tallies come in.
Early returns show McKinley leading in Illinois with Cook County vote about 170,336 to Bryan 154,047 and statewide Chicago reports give Illinois a large margin. Connecticut totals indicate McKinley with about 20,000 plurality from 174,390 votes in 115 cities. Bloomington reports 6 for McKinley to 112 for Bryan in Adlai Stevenson’s precinct.
Early returns show McKinley leading with a large electoral majority. States like New York Illinois Indiana Ohio and several others are cited as Republican strongholds with the next House expected to lean Republican. Bryan has no immediate statement as polls close.
In Little Rock Arkansas on November 1 the election passed quietly with total votes around 1806. Bryan carried the state by a small plurality about 143.07, with a Democrat return of a full congressional delegation.
The Atlanta desk reports Bryan's Georgia majority will be similar to 1860 levels with 40,000 estimated by the Constitution. Most counties favor Bryan. McKinley only carried one or two. Augusta notes the state is heavily Democratic and all congressmen are elected.
Early returns from Indiana at 10 oclock show a Republican advantage with McKinley leading Bryan as 60 precincts reported 6910 to 5217 and 6203 in 8% figures. A heavy statewide ballot was cast while Clay county saw a fatal incident amid the voting.
Early returns from Alabama show a Democratic wave with Bryan favored for president and the entire congressional delegation Democratic. In Montgomery County turnout fell 2 percent from 1896 while Bryan’s statewide majority topped 40,000. Mobile reports a tight city vote but Republicans won Seventh Ward by about 600, offset by county returns.
Total vote 1806 with a McKinley plurality reported by the Republican state central committee. In San Francisco incomplete returns show McKinley ahead 637 to 44. Outside SF complete precincts tally 744 for McKinley and 171 for Bryan. Weather in the state described as fair with a heavy turnout.
Total vote shown as 1800.20 with a 20 000 plural but Nashville returns claim Bryan carried the state by a decreased vote. Plurality in the 18 percent range stands at 19 408 with Nashville voting for Bryan. McKinley carried the city in 1896 and Democratic congressmen were elected in the fourth fifth sixth and seventh districts.
Indications point to Bryan's election by about 500 in Nevada while McKinley leads Cincinnati by 15,000 as returns come in. Carson City reports Mills concedes Nevada to Bryan by a small margin with Democrats claiming a larger spread. Legislature appears very close.
Complete returns from the two congressional districts show Cyrus A. Sulloway is re elected in the first district and Frank D Currie is elected in the second district both Republicans.
Scattering returns show Republicans with a statewide plurality near 9 000 for McKinley and a full delegation to Congress. Leavenworth county reports gains, Wichita precincts suggest a growing majority for McKinley, while Bryan previously carried the state in 1896 by 46.
Early returns show Bryan carrying Kentucky with large margins in several counties. McKinley leads in Lexington with about 1,000, Louisville reports 2,000 for McKinley, and statewide returns suggest a Republican edge of around 15,000. Governor results show Yerkes favored over Beckham, with other district winners noted. Weather fair and voting quiet across the state.
Teletype from Wilmington on November 7 reports a Republican statewide majority of about 1,200 and a Newcastle county lead of 2,000 to 2,500. Nebraska-like statewide results suggest Democrats will control the next legislature while Bryan carried Delaware and Bellamy, a Democrat, is reelected to Congress in the sixth district.
Early returns from New York state and city show McKinley leading overall with substantial majorities in Brooklyn and Manhattan sections. Estimates project New York State for McKinley by about 110000 with New York City favoring Bryan in several districts. The report lists district tallies, district-by-district results, and expected congressional seats across multiple counties.

In Des Moines and Dubuque reports, Iowa polls closed at seven. Indications show the Republican ticket carries the state by fifty to sixty thousand, with Mokiniev winning by a safe plurality and Hendergon re-elected to the House of Representatives.
Wisconsin returns from 125 Milwaukee precincts show McKinley leading Bryan 16 136 to 6 934 with scattering votes. In the state outside Milwaukee early totals favor McKinley by about 100 000, while Democrats concede the statewide victory for McKinley and warn Rohmrich may carry the governor’s race by around 10 000. Republican congressmen appear solid in most districts.
Wilmington dispatch reports Bella M. (Dem) re elected to Congress from North Carolina's fifth district by a large majority. Bryan carries an estimated 25 000 statewide margin. In the Democratic primary Senator Simmons defeats Barr by a large majority. Republicans claim seven congressmen gains.
From election returns, Missouri totals show McKinley leading in some lineups while Union areas like Cook county report McKinley ahead. In Montana Helena claims Bryan will win the state by about 18,000 with Toole elected governor by 10,000 and the state ticket by safe majorities. Butte indicates Bryan carries Montana by about 2,000.
