Corsicana murder burned at stake and bills on liquor licenses
A self confessed negro murderer of a white woman was burned at the stake in Corsicana Texas last Wednesday. A proposed liquor licensing bill would require drinkers to obtain licenses before drinking. Ex President Harrison died at his Indianapolis home at 4 45 Wednesday afternoon in his 68th year. Carnegie retires from active business. He has set aside 4 000 000 for the benefit of his superannuated employer. A legislator candidate and his bills to destroy trusts are criticized as hoodwinking the people.
