A family of nine living near Yellville Arkansas died within days after eating mushrooms they believed were edible. W J Fink age 50 and wife Mary Lee Fink 30 perished along with children John E 18 and Seagel Well Rosie Melan and others as the illness swept through the homestead. Neighbors and a physician could not save the six who died by Thursday night. The last two deaths occurred Friday night leaving three survivors who also died soon after. Brigham H Roberts, once denied a congressional seat for polygamy, has been found guilty of polygamy by a Salt Lake jury.
