Counterfeit Dollars Circulate In State Detectable By Light Weight
Alarm over aluminum counterfeit coins with a light weight by about 15 percent appears in banks. Dates found include 1891, 1892 and 1894. Will Walker killed his mother in Litt le Rock suburb Military Heights and wounded his wife Mary Walker. Two witnesses caught him. he was jailed. E M Tansil, former Bank of Paragould cashier, arrested on affidavit claiming a small shortage. Bank solvency remains intact.
