Miss Florence Burk Dies After Long Illness
Miss Florence T. Burk died at Fayette Sanitarium after a lingering cancer illness. She was daughter of N H Burk and Edith Burk, born and raised in the city. Survived by sister Mrs Henrietta Morris and brother E W Burk, both in the city. A Presbyterian, she influenced local progress and had many friends. Funeral at 3 PM tomorrow at her sister’s home, Rev G G Lamb officiating, interment in city cemetery. Remains viewable tomorrow before the service.
