Horse Thief Caught Near Dayton Returns to Custody
A Cincinnati Commercial Tribune report says a known horse thief was arrested in Dayton Ohio. Police hold seven horses and two or three buggies and harness awaiting identifications. The thief confessed to stealing across southeastern Indiana and implicated George Ostheimer and Professor Sheedy in possible linked thefts. Ostheimer and Sheedy rushed to Dayton to investigate.

Foot Amputated After Horrific Eastern Avenue Accident
Horace Robbins seven-year-old son of Will Robbins of 100 East ern avenue was crushed when a water tank towed by an engine ran over his left foot. Doctors McNutt John E and Frank Chitwood performed the amputation to save his life.

Trampled by a Horse In East Connersville
Will Potter was bumped by an unfamiliar horse while feeding it in an alley at noon. The creature dragged the buggy and harness to pieces, injuring Potter’s left arm from elbow to wrist and bruising his hip and legs. Dr. Logee treated his wounds. Mrs Winters of Brownsville and Mrs Bainbridge of Gas City were present.
