Misfortunes Strike the Davis Family Near Anderson

Man Struck by Bridge Edge Falls, Suffers Spine Injury

Fred George, a city employee, was knocked to the ground Monday near the canal over the Seventh Street bridge. He struck his spine on the edge of the bridge, losing consciousness for a period before regaining awareness.
