Sanford Guard of Harrison Township died last Friday after three months of infirmity following a paralytic stroke. Nearly eighty, he was a well known Fayette County pioneer. survived by wife and three children Benjamin Guard Mrs Dale Ploren and Miss Charity Guard. Funeral held Monday at 1 pm at Lick Creek Church with Elder Waubuekirk officiating.
