Concord Traffic Rules Proposed by Keyes for Selectmen
John M. Keyes, chairman of the road commissioners, submits traffic regulations for Concord to reduce accidents. The rules designate one way directions and parking limits on Walden and Bedford streets, regulate Monument square access, and impose penalties up to 20 dollars for violations.
