On Friday September 13 Asa E Balcom of Maynard wed Miss Mattie E Kimball of Littleton at the Balcom home. Rev Smith of Bedford officiated. Eddie Reading of Somerville and Mildred H Walker acted as best man and maid of honor. The couple honeymoon eight days in the White Mountains. Caterer Dill of Waltham supplied refreshments for a large cheerful party.
