Disjointed text mentions Mary and elections, a 90th anniversary, birthdays in Lafayette, Concord civic notes, Doris Pauline and patrols, a hurricane Carla, and a reference to a 321st birth anniversary for the town. The garbled OCR yields scattered names and places with no cohesive narrative.

Concord Town Manager notes on sidewalks and snow budget
Manager Theodore Nelson reports a $2500 March appropriation to build a new sidewalk from the overhead railroad bridge along Main Street to Route 2 with work starting on the left in front of the Bunker residences and continuing to the Medical Center then on the opposite side where the current sidewalk lies. A sidewalk will also be built around the Town House this coming week. Snow removal funds are nearly exhausted with $110.33 left from 1956 and only $1000 of the $19,000 special appropriation for March storms remaining. A special town meeting may consider carrying over the current snow removal fiscal year. A November 1954 snow loader is badly worn and may require up to $1750 repair, or a new machine costing about $13,000.
