West Concord Troop 43 under Scoutmaster John H Duston held a Halloween party at the Harvey Wheeler School Auditorium on Tuesday night. Games were played and refreshments enjoyed.
West Concord Booster A A plans a town-wide waste paper collection on Sunday afternoon November 7 to raise funds for the winter sports program. Residents are urged to save and turn in newspapers to support the effort.
Firemen from the West Concord station were summoned at 6 45 am Monday for a small chimney blaze at Box 37 marking the 133rd alarm this year for Concord firemen.
