Three Plead Not Guilty Of Arson Charge
In Concord district court on Saturday three defendants faced arson related counts tied to an East Acton fire two weeks prior. Harold Cunningham Mrs Ethel Kinnie and Edward Pedersen entered not guilty pleas with bail set at 2600 4000 respectively. Prosecutors from the State Fire Marshal’s office and a state trooper gave testimony about the case.
