Enthusiastic reports from the Patron Sponsor Committee show Framingham’s Community Chorus led by Edward FP Gilday attracting patrons from 24 eastern Massachusetts communities. The drive aims to sustain one of New England’s most unusual musical groups with support guided by Mrs Phyllis Watkins of Framingham Center and assistant Miss Marie Jardin.
NMATHARD area residents hosted Sister Camillus formerly Miss Mary Farrell and her sisters Genevieve and others from St John’s Long Island City. The group toured Concord Cape and enjoyed Southern meals planned by local Farrell families.
The South Middlesex Association for Retarded Children holds its season kickoff on Monday October 11 at 7 pm at Natick Federal Savings and Loan Auditorium 47 Main Street Natick.
