The headquarters of the Enterprise will thereafter be at the store of C. H. Persons in Riverside block. Items of news advertisements or subscriptions may be left there and GRA will be promptly attended to.
Local notices span marriages and anniversaries to school construction progress. A. D. Holt marks a twenty fifth wedding anniversary in Providence. Katherine Connors wed A Magorty of Hudson. New school frame work begins. weather may accelerate completion. Obituaries recall Mrs. Mary Skinner at 95 and Mrs. Holden of Glendale House.
Submissions and news items for the Enterprise left with A. A. Wheeler, the paper’s correspondent, will be gratefully received and promptly attended to. Subscriptions for the Enterprise are also being accepted via Wheeler.
Samuel W. Sawyer, a supreme officer, says the Order of the Golden Lion will repay all in good standing the money paid in on assessments and part of other accounts. He notes officers have spent only minimal running costs and will pro rate expenses and balance. He also claims Bay State League certificate holders will get back cash paid, possibly with a small gain. Acton Center Village Improvement Society to hold a fair on Dec 15. all invited.
