Hold Up At Half Way Garage Ends With Wounded Owner
Oliver M. Spinney, owner of the Half Way garage on Boston Post Road South, was shot in the right eye during an attempted hold up by four young men who fled Marlboro in a Buick Master Six after the attack. Spinney survived, resumed work, and police chased clues without making arrests. The bandits escaped with about $27. Spinney, 45, is married and well known in Sudbury.

Angelo Lanunziata aged 69 died at Emerson Hospital after falling downstairs at his Maynard home. He had been rendered unconscious Monday night and died yesterday. Survived by wife and three daughters Mrs August Fara Mrs Carlo Cori and Mrs Benjamin Bastinelli. Funeral at St Bridget's Church tomorrow at 9. Burial in parish cemetery.

Mrs. Anne Henderson widow of Edward Henderson died at her Pleasant street home Friday night after a brief illness. She was 78, born in Centerville Quebec and lived in Maynard about thirty years.
