Local man arrested on fugitive from justice warrant

Concord officer arrested Concord Henry J Biermnachi at 172 Commonwealth Avenue West Concord on an indictment warrant charging him with being a fugitive from justice from Nassau County New York State. Trooper Leo Gormley from the West Concord barracks made the arrest at his home Saturday night.
