Maynard Alfred J. Davis a local banker died last Thursday afternoon at Massachusetts General Hospital after a week of illness. He was 49 born in Houston Texas and moved here sixteen years ago. He is survived by his wife Hilda and son Francis. The funeral was held Sunday at 2 PM at the family home 20 Lewis Street with Rev. Matthew Vance officiating. Interment was at Glenwood Cemetery. Bearers were Waine Freeman James Smith John Zaniewski Jo Zaniewski Thomas Clancy and Archie Miller.
