Laurence A. Murray of Cambridge Turnpike and Helge Holst of Monument Street were appointed to a sub committee of the Bedford airport committee. The group will study noise and flight levels.
At a Monday evening meeting the Concord School Committee elected Dr Bruce S Old of Hosmer road as chairman to succeed Dr Donald B Sinclair. Mrs Eleanor B Spinney was reelected secretary for a one year term.

Central District Court of Middlesex County in Concord goes on full-time terms starting Monday. Justice Pierre A. Northrup will no longer be permitted to practice. salary set at $12,000. Willow Rebekah lodge No 109 of Concord held a meeting at the home of vice grand Mrs Sue R Jackson with Mrs Eola Burrill presiding. A mystery ride ended at a nearby restaurant for refreshments. Plans were made to confer the Rebekah degree July 1 at West Concord Union Church with Edith M Wilson visiting.
