Town Hall Project Moves Forward in Sudbury

Ground cleared for a new town hall to be built in Sudbury with a colonial design similar to the burned building. Perkins and Wells of Concord won the erection contract for 50 606 dollars, with the town appropriating 85 000 dollars for the project. Architect is Charles H. Way, plans accepted, land owner and heirs sign agreement, and a special town meeting petition was filed but not pursued.

Child Dies In Hospital After Sickness

Mrs Moynihan reports the death of her great son Sunday at the Children's Hospital after a five day illness beginning with a painful earache. A funeral service was held Monday at the home conducted by Rev Charles Donahue of St Bridget's Church. Burial followed in the parish cemetery with an abundance of flowers from townspeople for the bereaved parents.
