Old Concord order and muster roll books enter VALUE TWO
VALUE TWO BOOKS Company I received two historical volumes this week the Concord artillery order book of 1808 and the muster roll book of 1804 rescued from disposal. William Barrett arranged their safekeeping before his death and asked Adams Tolman to present them when a proper storage exists. The books fascinate members with familiar names and amusing entries, noting 1804 a captainless muster with Sdents Churchill and Sanderson, and by 1814 Reuben Brown heads the company.
